Can I return a purchase made at ANTIGVA?
Yes, you can. You have seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of your order.
To do so, simply request it by sending an email to soyantigva@gmail.com, indicating "Return Request" in the subject line and detailing your first and last name and order number.
This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on bottles that have been opened.
You must return the order in perfect condition, undamaged and unsoiled, and protected in the same packaging in which it was sent to you. Once we verify the status of the order, we will refund the amount for the returned units using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
What should I do if the order arrives in poor condition?
If upon receiving your order you find that the box is damp or there are signs of breakage, do not accept the order and contact us by email at soyantigva@gmail.com or, if you prefer, by phone at 674 037 191 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday), so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What happens if the order is incomplete or does not match what I purchased?
If we made a mistake when preparing your order, simply send us an email to soyantigva@gmail.com indicating "Order Error" in the subject line. Inform us of your full name, order number, and the details of the incident. We will replace it with the correct one free of charge.
