  • 1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between EFFE Enterprises CO.   • 2. EXCLUSIONS The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors of 18 years of age is expressly prohibited. RIGHT OF NON-ACCEPTANCE ANTIGVA may cancel any confirmed order or not accept an order made for the following reasons: due to technical error and/or typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained on the website; due to lack of availability; when the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent; when there are reasons indicating that the customer is a minor; when ANTIGVA has not been able to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer; in case of payment error; and, in case there is Any force majeure event, beyond the control of ANTIGVA.   • 5. PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD, DELIVERY AND WITHDRAWAL 5.1) Prices The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of placing the order, expressed in EUROS, including all of them the Value Added Tax (VAT), along with the other taxes that may correspond. These prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include insurance or shipping costs or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product.   • 5.2) Method of payment After the order confirmation by the Customer, you must proceed to the payment of the amount indicated. The payment method will be by credit card.   • 5.3) Delivery Deliveries are made to the address that the Customer indicates when placing the order within a maximum period of 4 working days for deliveries in the Peninsula for products in stock. The delivery of the product will be made from Monday to Friday, in the temporary calculation holidays in the destination location are excluded. Likewise, it is exempted from responsibility in cases of non-compliance with the delivery time in shipments to islands or abroad for reasons beyond the carrier's control (delays of airlines, shipping companies, carriers, loading and/or unloading, etc.).

  • 5.4) Withdrawal ANTIGVA guarantees the Customer the possibility of cancelling his order at any time, provided that the cancellation is made before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment, without the need for justification and without imposing any penalty. Products may be returned as long as they have not been handled and retain their original seal or packaging. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be returned through the same payment method used by the Customer. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but in periods of high activity, the return can take between 7 and 15 business days to be processed. If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake of ANTIGVA, the correct product will be delivered, collecting the first ANTIGVA, without any additional charge for the Customer. If a product has arrived at the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, ANTIGVA will take care of picking it up at home and replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.   • 6. FORCE MAJEURE If due to force majeure, a product is not available after the purchase has been made, ANTIGVA will inform the Customer by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order does not give the right to the cancellation of all, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the Customer, following the provisions of section 5.4 Withdrawal. ANTIGVA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders or the impossibility of fulfilling them when the cause is due to force majeure events. Among other causes, force majeure events are understood: as accidents, strikes, fires, meteorological causes, natural disasters such as storms, earthquakes, epidemics, and problems outside of ANTIGVA in the means of transport or telecommunications systems. Once the cause of impossibility or delay ceases, ANTIGVA will do everything possible for the resumption of its commercial activities and to be able to fulfil its obligations and shipments.

  • 7. LANGUAGE The language in which the contract between ANTIGVA and the Client will be finalised will be Spanish.

  • 8. ANTIGVA RESPONSIBILITIES ANTIGVA guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the website. All the rights that the current legislation guarantees to consumers and users are guaranteed. Failure to comply with any of these General Conditions may result in the return of the products purchased by the Customer.

  • 9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES The Client undertakes to make a lawful use of the Products, without contravening current legislation or harming the rights and interests of third parties. The Customer guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided when filling out the contract forms, avoiding causing damage to ANTIGVA as a result of the incorrectness of the same.
