Viticulture

The soil is predominantly limestone-clay, with a good presence of calcium carbonate. The texture is medium to sandy loam in some areas. There is little organic matter, characteristic of the area, but it has a good water retention capacity.

Production

We select the best Forcayat grapes and, after a spontaneous fermentation process at a controlled temperature, we interrupt it at just the right moment to obtain this wine with its characteristic sweet flavour and a touch of bubbles that reinforce its freshness.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow colour. Very fruity nose with notes reminiscent of banana and light tropical touches. The palate is slightly sweet, very smooth, and light, with fine bubbles that make it very pleasant on the palate. This is a wine suitable for less enthusiastic winemakers.
