Can I return a purchase made at ANTIGVA?

Yes you can. You have a period of (7) business days from the date of receipt of your order.

To do so, you just have to request it from us by sending an email to hola@antigva.es indicating in the subject “Return Request” and detailing your name, surname and order number.

This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on bottles that have been opened. You must return the order in perfect condition, undamaged or dirty, and protected in the same packaging in which we sent it to you. Once we check the status of the order, we will refund the amount of the returned units using the same payment method that you used to make your purchase. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

What do I do if the order arrives in poor condition?

If at the time you receive the order you find that the box is damp or there are signs that it has been broken, do not accept the order and contact us by email hola@antigva.es or if you prefer by phone at 630 135 551 (from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday), so that we can resolve the incident as soon as possible.

What happens if the order is incomplete or does not correspond to what I purchased?

If we have made an error when preparing your order, simply send us an email to hola@antigva.es indicating “Order Error” in the subject line. Inform us of your name, surname and order number, and tell us what happened. We will replace it with the correct one at no cost.
