Red meats, game meats, stews, fatty fish, rice, cured cheese, cold meats and Iberian ham.
Red wine of the Garnacha Peluda variety fermented in first-use French oak barrels for 12 months, with light stirring every 15 days for a period of 45 days. Stabilized and bottled for later rest in a chamber at a controlled temperature for a minimum period of 12 months. To respect its quality, it has not undergone any type of physical treatment, so it can lead to light precipitations.
