Pale golden color. On the nose, floral notes such as flowering tree, acacia and chamomile, are perceived due to the aging in acacia barrels of 500 liters of first use. It presents aromas of citrus fruit like grapefruit or lemon. Fresh acidity, wrapped in a complex background of mineral aromas with notes of yeast, toasted butter and honey. In the mouth it shows a great balance between acidity, freshness and volume. Long and delicate finish.
