Antigva Crianza

RIBERA DEL DUERO

Type of wine: Red
Grape variety: Tempranillo.
Cultivation: Goblet vines, around 60 years.
Production: Limited.
Alcoholic degree: 14,5% Vol.
Total acidity: 5,00 g/l (tartaric acid).
Elaboration: ANTIGVA Crianza 2011, is a wine that has been 12 months in oak barrel and is comercializad after October first of the second year following the harvest.

Tasting notes

To the eye
Color changes from deep intense to cherry-red. A fine layer of violaceos tones that still show traces of youth is noticeable.

To the nose
It’s intense and fruity flavours, it’s aromas blend with hues characteristic of noble wood, vanilla notes, liquorice and clove, to toasts and roastings.

To the palate
It’s well balanced tannic component, velvet in mouth, full of flavours with good hints to it’s unique palate, thanks to the perfect balance between its acidity and richness of aromas.

Our advice
To fully apréciate its unique bouquet is best served around 14ºC.

Antigva Reserva

RIBERA DEL DUERO

Type of wine: Red
Variety: Tempranillo.
Cultivation: Globet vines, around 60 years.
Production: Limited.
Alcoholic degree: 14,5% Vol.
Total acidity: 4,95 g/l (tartaric acid).
Elaboration: ANTIGVA Reserva 2010, is a wine with 36 months of aging in barrel and bottle, with at least 12 months in barrel. It reaches the market after december first of the tirad year harvest.

Tasting notes

To the eye
Of slow chromatic evolution and intense layering, its tones varied from garnet to ruby red.

To the nose
Intense and elegant. It presents varied aromas of overripe, sugared fruit, combined with others such as musks, minerals and balsams.

To the palate
Ful-bodied, powerful and well balanced, it turns out broad and Sorong in the mouth. Long, persistent retronasal presence that brings out the aromas of aging.

Our advice
To fuly appreciate its unique bouquet and aromas, is best to serve around 15º C.

Cultivation: Globet vines, around 60 years.
Production: Limited.
Alcoholic degree: 14,83% Vol.
Total acidity: 5,15 g/l (tartaric acid).
Elaboration: ANTIGVA Gran Reserva, its a wine with 60 months of aging in barrel and bottle, with at least 24 months in barrel. It reaches the market after december first of the fifth year after harvest.

Tasting notes

To the eye
It has a high layering with cherry red colour, and a wide range of tonality that can be appreciated, from garnet to ruby, and russet hues.

To the nose
Very intense, over a base of stewed fruits, it displays complex aromas of long aging, that suggest a broad range of shades: toasts, noble woods, spices, hunting, elegant and powerful.

To the palate
Firm with structure and great balance underscore the persistence and elegance of this wine. Despite the time elapsed, it maintains an evident vivacity and harmony that underline its accredited longevity.

Our advice
To fully appreciate its unique bouquet and aromas, is best to serve around 16ºC.

Grape variety: Tempranillo 100%
Vineyards: Globet vines, around 60 years
Alcoholic degree: 13% Vol.
Total acidity: 6 gr/l (tartaric acid).
Producción: Limited
Serving temperature: To appreciate its best characteristics, the optimum temperature is 16º C

Selected grapes of low vines. After destemming and crushing, a fermentation and a temperature controlled maceration takes place. The temprature is controlled to preserve the best qualities of the vine.

Tasting notes

To the eye

Deep ruby purple with violet tones at the edge of the glass can show a young and powerful wine with a strong personality and a good structure.

To the nose
An expressive nose of red berries, strawberry, liquorice. With characteristic soft lactic notes of the area.

To the palate

It feels in the mouth very well balanced, between fleshy, powerful and soft. That make it pleasant to pair a wide variety of food and conquer the most noble and sweet palates.

Pale straw yellow with bright glints

To the nose
On the nose is fresh and intense with exotic notes, citrics and balsamic which remember banana, pineapple, grape fruit and mango.

To the palate
Soft, citric freshness of the own grape with the remainders of totally natural carbonic. An explosion of sensations, full of flavours, cooled by acidity and fruit aromas memories.

Bright raspberry colour with cherry notes

To the nose
On the nose is very intense and sweet, red fruits aromas with wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry notes.

Aspecto Gustativo

Pleasant mouthfeel, forest fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) with light notes where total and natural carbonic emphasizes, full of flavours.

To the eye
It is straw-coloured with green flashes, with a tendency to form a crown of bubbles.

To the nose
It is delicate, with very pleasent aromatic notes, fruity and fresh.

To the palate
Its taste is fresh and Light, and all these qualities thanks to the perfect balance between its acidity and richness of aromas.

Blanc des blancs, is the result of the delicate blending between harvest grapes and aged in our cellar.

To the eye
It has a bright straw yellow colour with golden flashes, and its bubble is fine and abundant.

To the nose
Its fine aromas of long ageing, mingling with white flowers, entice all the senses of the nose.

To the palate
It has a well balanced feel on the palate, well-defined and full bodied cava, with a befitting presence of carbon dioxide and a pleasent sorong acidity.

Millésimé is a cava of great vision, specially produced for gastronomy and desserts.

To the eye
Its colour is pink with bright red flashes, with a tendency to form a crown of fine, smooth bubbles.

To the nose
Attractive and pure, with very pleasent aromatic fruity notes.

To the palate
Its taste is fresh and sweet, all these qualities thanks to the perfect balance feel on palate. With a befiting pressence of carbon dioxide and a pleasent Sorong acidity.

Brut Rosé, is a cava spontaneous, dynamic and young, specially produced for aperitif, between meals and for desserts.

Grand Reserve

To the eye
It has a deep straw yellow colour with golden flashes, clean and bright. And its bubble is fine and abundant. With vertical release, forming a crown well defined.

To the nose
Is very intense, elegant and powerful. With development personality of long ageing, clean and attractive.

To the palate
Balanced feel, pleasent and intense, hints of long ageing, with a befiting presence of carbon dioxide with increasing structure on palate, standing out its tenderness and delicateness.

Grand Reserve, is considered the beginning of a large trajectory in the new cavas of our winery, for its complexity its ideal for highlight culinary dishes, meat and fish. Outstanding for shellfish.
